This music is made using custom-built cracked electrical
devices (including fly catchers, light bulbs, toys, dimmers and
strobes), often with a visual element, to create electromagnetic
signals that are rendered into sound, drawing on the immediate
situation/radio space of the performance. These elements
are explored, improvised, as spatial and material phenomena
and for their dubious potential as natural/constructed feral
musical elements.
